At Daily Shoes Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium footwear and travel accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
