The quality is great, but there is a fairly substantial design flaw that could have been easily avoided. The bag tilts forward when you hang it, causing the contents in the outer two pockets to fall out. If they had designed the zipper to close from back to front. If they had designed it so that the zipper closed from the front (vs the from the back) this could have been avoided as you could keep the pocket(s) partially closed.

I love this aside from one design flaw:
1) the side compartment zippers should run the other way with the closed zip act the back and unzip towards the front of the pack this way you can choose how much they open in the front
OR
2) the side zippers shouldn’t open quite as much in the front/have a deeper pocket with less access that begins just below the monogram area.
This is because if the pack is hanging and is full and open it can tilt forward so if the items on the sides can topple out whereas the middle has more support in that area.
I came here to see if the pack I bought 3 years ago had this changed but it doesn’t look like it so I wanted to mention it.
Aside from that I agree with all of the positive things everyone else says and can’t imagine life without this travel kit!

My spouse loved it. We enjoy long vacations and travel out of the country at least once per year. Right after receiving this at Christmas, he needed to fly out of state for a few days. Hes looking forward to using this regularly now and getting rid of the former travel kit.

Not pragmatic whatsoever. Must be a different designer because Tumi’s luggage with the accompanying placement of different size storage compartments, is quite clever and useful.

Great kit! I travel 3-4 times a month for work, so having a convenient travel kit is a must. I keep things to a minimum, but often cube out when it comes to my dog kit. This one is slightly over sized, but with many well thought out storage compartments. Best of all, it has a hangar to use in around those smaller hotel washbasins! Love this kit!
