I returned these to exchange for a smaller size because they are huge compared other company sizing. I has been almost a month since I sent them back and I’m still waiting for the new size or any sort of communication. I have reached out to customer service and confirmed that they received my return but have had no additional updates. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from UGG – the quality is good but the customer service and the exchange/return process is very timely. By the time I get my exchange my child will have outgrown the size I exchanged for.
